So after being told I wouldn’t conceive naturally due to scar tissue around my ovaries, and posting a post on here a couple of days ago asking if anyone has similar and have they conceived naturally... looking for any glimmer of hope as I was losing all hope.
I took a test yesterday morning (4 tests actually, just to make sure) and IM PREGNANT!! I can’t quite believe it’s happened, I wasn’t on birth control as the doctor was adamant an egg wouldn’t get through the scar tissue and so I don’t ovulate, and the only way to conceive would be to have ovarian drilling followed by a round of clomid. So to say me and my partner are in complete disbelief is an understatement.
I’m now in panic mode, every little ache and cramp is worrying me, cause I thought I was coming on a period with the painful cramps and light pinkish discharge when I wiped one morning, turns out it was a little surprise instead!

Congratulations, that's good news. Cramps are quite common and can go on and off throughout the pregnancy. The thing to look out for is that it's not accompanied with bleeding and too much pain.

6 weeks pregnant and hardly any symptoms …
1st appointment after finding out you are pregnant
Brown speckles when I wipe. Currently 5+1 weeks pregnant.
