Low HCG slight bleeding and cramping

Hey all. Looking for some reassurance. I’m 5 weeks 3 days. HCG only 48! I have slight bleeding and cramping. Waiting for my results on my second HCG level in the morning. I have a terrible feeling I’m losing my sweet bean. Anyone go through this and end up ok?

I’m really sorry to read that. Presumably they have mentioned ectopic pregnancies to you? Make sure that if your pin is particularly one-sided, goes down the leg or in your shoulder tips you go to A&E or EPU ASAP. This is not to scare you but low levels, bleeding and cramping can be due to that as well.

It could also be completely harmless, implantation pain and bleeding and your dates maybe a bit later than thought?

Why did they do the first blood draw in the first place? Did they do a scan?

Around 5 weeks they should at least see a sac to confirm the pregnancy is in the right place at least.
