So I am on night 4 of baby girl sleeping through! she is 11 weeks old and l decided to start putting her to bed at 8pm as she was getting grumpy and showing all the signs of being tired. She has been sleeping until between 5-6am which is amazing! However I bf so have been struggling with the adjustment :/ I have been trying to wake her at 12-2 for a feed which she is refusing so am having to get up and pump at 4am due to being so huge. I use the beemon manual pump which is fab and get about 4oz from each side. I am not planning on introducing a bottle so my question is what do I do with this milk? Should I freeze it? If so how long can you store? The bags seem very expensive so wondered if anybody has used re-usable storage? It seems such a waste to throw so much milk away :/ I would of course rather not be pumping and have tried to avoid it but I hurts so much!
Any advice more than welcome.

I've had the same issue on occasion & needed to pump. I was told just pump enough to feel comfortable & eventually your supply will adjust. If you want a stash then I'd think the bags would be the best option to be honest as they would take up less room in the freezer, but you can buy storage cups. It can be frozen for 6 months xx
