Pregnant or not ????

Hello all Been reading some of your posts, sound very similar to how I’m feeling, my period stopped months ago but my husband had vastectomy 11 years ago , so never gave a thought to being pregnant haw ever I went 4 blood test re menopause but thing came bk negative then I started and still feel nauseous bloated and feel flutters breast not sore but wanting to wee a lot tired gone off food However I’ve done and doctors done urine test which come bk negative and also my blood keep coming bk negative , I’m going out of my mine any ideas ?
