Hi all I'm new here, but was wondering for some advice.
I'm 16 + 3 pregnant and i've been suffering with these really severe headaches for the last few days, today being the worst day for it!
It's worse when I move around, especially from sitting to standing ect, never suffered with headaches/migraines until now. Following with some dizziness.
I've been making sure I drink plenty of water and eat frequently but nothing is working, trying not to Google to much into it.
Is this quite common in the 2nd trimester an what can I do to help?
I last had it checked at my booking appt ages ago and was all Okay but she's going to check it today for me 
Hun it could be your iron being low or vitamin D levels but if they are worrying you , you should contact your midwife she might do some bloods on you. I had headaches last week for 2 days but they went away (touchwood) I hope you feel better soon xxx
Thank you, I was going to contact my midwife but wasn't too sure - I will do this once I finish work in the next hour

Well I must of jinxed myself as my head is hurting and I am going to take some paracetamol but I think I may need to drink some more water. Yes just ring the midwife to be on the safe side xx

I hope it's nothing bad like You've been getting and subsides asap! I got some 4head stuff on the way home it's safe to use in pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding incase yours carry on, can't say I've noticed any change yet though

I didn't have a bad head yesterday thank god! I could feel it was lingering only a few little pains but not like the day before. I've been drinking a lot more water too hun .. how's yours today hope it much better? Xx
My had a bad head for two hours but all ok today so far. I had my scan yesterday and found out I’m having a baby boy which I’m in shock lol but so happy as I have 3 daughters. I’m glad your head has been ok Hun I’m just drinking a lot of water and hoping they stay away. Xx

I'm not finding out which is going to be hard work lol seen the midwife today and all Okay, blood pressure good and heard baby's heartbeat first time 😊 yeah keep hydrated and I hope they don't come back for either of us xxxx
Aw it’s lovely hearing their heartbeat 💗 I remember having a tear in my eye. I wasn’t going to find out to be honest but with him being a Christmas baby and having 3 daughters and 2 Christmas Birthday already I want to be prepared, it’s only been the past week I changed my mind lol my 4 year old daughter was a suprise lol 😂 but also another girl! As long as they are healthy hun that’s all that matters !! Yes keep those headaches away, I’m with my midwife in a week and half time . Xx
