Ubiquinol

Why is it so expensive I’ve bought 30x200mg so I take 2 a day even tho it’s recommended to take 600mg so they’re only lasting 15 days £20.61 per bottle so nearly £42 a mth or I can get 60x300mg for £50.35. For supplements that may not even help 🤔🤔🤔

What supplements are these? There are plenty designed for pregnancy that are much cheaper and in UK midwives have started giving out multivitamins designed for pregnancy for free

I’ve had 2 mmc in a row I’m trying to avoid another one if it doesn’t help with the next pregnancy I’ll won’t carry them on.

Sorry about your loses. Folic acid is advised before conception as well.

I take loads I rattle, folic acid, zinc, omega 3 fish oil, vit c&d, ubiquinol, and I’m adding dhea when it arrives. That is another supp that helps egg be there best.

They give your eggs the energy they need to be healthy it’s the same as coq10 but it’s better for women over 35. Precon vits some have coq10 but a low dose.

Have you looked at any scientific evidence they work? I mean look up things like trials, not some random person saying they work. Sadly there are a lot.of people.out there just trying to make money out of desperate people who will do anything.

I have looked online some ivf patients get recommended to take it even tho they don’t know how it helps but they’ve seen results and with women over 35. You naturally produce dhea but as you age it decreases same with ubiquinol coq10 I’m 38 it might help might not this might be my last attempt of pregnancy not sure if I can keep on miscarrying.

Darling sorry to hear about your losses.

Don’t lose hope. I conceived my first little angel after 40. Only vitamins I took where folic acid and royal jelly. Try to relax and speak with your GP.

Ps how far along where you with your mmc. I was around 8-9 weeks

Hey jay I took just folic acid and vit d and mc at 12+3 a blighted ovum then I’ve just mc again on 28th July at 12+6 measuring 9w I did take a low dose of coq10 amongst other vits. Actually royal jelly is supposed to be good for eggs too I like to google a lot.

I’m giving this a go with gp advice for a few mths if nothing I’ll go to gp as I did get referred to a fertility clinic but I got pregnant again before. It is just too heartbreaking to keep going through I say it’s might be my last try but who knows I feel less emotional quicker this time as it took me months to shake off the sadness with my 1st. I do have 2 kids but my partner has none this is so emotional for him too.

Hi gcw104. Hope you are well. Just wondering if the doctor told you to take this dosage or whether you had read it online? I only ask as I had read Luisa Zissman’s recommendation of 900mg per day (3x 300mg) but I can only find 200mg to purchase in Holland and Barrett and the bottle says not to exceed daily dosage. I’m a little cautious to take more than the bottle says! Wishing you best of luck ttc this.xxx

Hi I read to take 600mg but is expensive so I’m only taking 400mg I got mine off amazon I took them for 15 days before taking dhea I had no side effects I don’t know if there’s any to have with ubiquinol I think it pretty safe I think all supplements say one a day.

Dhea I’ve took for a mth and my face was a little bit greasier around ovulation but settled back down after I think it pushed ovulation back 2 days I’m currently due af in 2 days but hoping 🤞🏼 bfp.
