I've been having spotting at 5-6weeks pregnant. My bhcg level is rising and I saw the heartbeating on the scan. Next to the baby there was a separate gestational sac that was empty and they said it's likely that's where the bleeding is coming from but they also found my ovary to be abnormal saying it had a septum and a ring of fire appearance that would indicate an ectopic. I have another scan booked for 9days time. Has anyone else had anything like this? Is it dangerous for the one with the heartbeat?
