No i couldn't get through called 111 and they said to talk to my midwife and that apparantly they should of given me a leaflet or something after i had it done but the nurse who spokr to me after my amnio was quite rude and just said that basically theres nothing i can do as long as i don't go to the gym i should be fine and if i misscarry i misscarry thats exactly how she put it x

Yea I think its the heat and not drinking much that's causing the cramping baby is moving i have a scan on monday anyway because baby has a heart defect so I'm regularly monitored so they'll be able to see if theres a problem xx

I’d call the assessment unit. It’s important to get checked for changes in movement. You know what is normal for your baby.

I called and they said baby doesnt start regulating movements until 28 weeks so i shouldnt worry x
