Due date

Hi when putting in my last period date in an online calculator it asks for cycle length which is 25 it calculates 31st jan 19, but if you count 40 weeks it’s 3rd Feb. And my last pregnancy (which mc) midwife just counted 40 weeks even tho I told her my cycle length. What is correct?

The midwife will never go off a cycle length. It's all estimates anyway as it doesn't take into account when you actually might have ovulated, or actual date of conception.

Your dating scan will be a bit more accurate, mine changed from 2nd August to 30th July. But even that is still only estimated x

You can add 280 days to the first day or add 7 days on from the first day of last period then add 9 months xx

I suppose it doesn’t matter I just wondered which was correct. My other 2 babies came a few days earlier Maybe that explains the difference in dates.
