After 10 years on being on the pill then the implant twice, we got pregnant after 4 months. My mate on the other hand came off hers and it took her 7 months or so. It can take a while because your body has been on it for so long. If you haven't got caught after a year then maybe book in with your GP. Good luck! X

You just need a little patience. These things take time. If there is no known cause for infertility then it's all normal. It can take couples up to 2 years of trying. I don't think the contraceptives will have a long term effect. You just wait and you'll see. The time frame should be 9 months or more. However if your periods are regular by now, that's a good sign. Also try to avoid other factors that might do you harm... You know certain activities can effect you getting pregnant. Relax and take it slow! I hope everything will turn out fine. God bless you my friend. You will need his blessings. Lots of love for you xxoo

For me personally i was on the contraceptive patch and before that i was on the pill and it took a full year to get pregnant, what contraceptive were you on ?

I was on 4 different contraception since my last pregnancy 11 years ago, it took 30 days til my period arrived but it was only 23 days cycle but changed after a few months to 25 then I got pregnant. Maybe it’s just changing?
