morning sickness and pains in tummy

im new on here so not sure how it all works.... what it is i found out i am 6 weeks pregnant.... ive had really bad sickness and i keep getting pains in my stomach ( like cramps ).... i just want to know if there is any way i can stop my sickness or will i just have to ride it out...... i have got a daughter she is 11 now but i never had any thing like this when i was pregnant with her

Hun if you are constantly being sick I’d book on to gp and explain and check you over also they can give you medication for the sickness too. Congratulations also on your news xx
