my last period was 20th-25th Jan. Before that it was 2 months late. I took 4 tests and they all came back negative. My next one was due around the end of February and didn't show. Last week I took 3 tests including a digital one and they were all positive. The digital one said I was 3+ weeks and I used the NHS calculator this week and that said I was 9 weeks. I've made an appointment with my GP for this coming Friday and all the symptoms for this stage are there. Is there anything else that I need to do now or is there any advice you guys could give me?

Hi Hun , well congratulations to you ! While you await your appointment I would avoid the caffeine or cut right down as too much is bad also take vitamins D and folic acid ! Avoid undercooked meat and soft cheeses too !

Not long now then to see your baby on a scan as your 9 weeks

All the best xx

I was a smoker so I've stopped that completely and I've started drinking decaf tea. I've been reading a lot of things online and was wondering if it's normal to be really nervous and worried?x

Good job on swapping to decaf Hunni x

It’s totally normal to be anxious and worried hun , some times reading online isn’t a good thing to do it makes us over think!

If you have spare money you can get an early scan done private think they’re about £45 !
