Labor ?

Hi ladies,

So today I woke up not feeling great at all. Felt really sick and had diarrhoea. Didn't think anything of it as there is a lot going round. Since about 3/4pm I've had really bad cramping at the bottom of my belly and it has now made its way round to my back.

Could this be the start of labor ? It's my first baby so I'm not really sure what to look out for and I'm only 32+4.

Thanks in advance x

You need to call labour ward. They might ask you to take paracetamol and lay down and see if it makes any difference, I think you need to be seen x

So I contacted my midwife and she told me to take some paracetamol and have a bath and if anything got worse to call triage. As soon as the paracetamol has kicked in, it knocked me for two😂 fell stright asleep and haven't had any problems since. Thank you so much for your help and getting back to me, I really appreciate it xx

It might just be a bug but calling triage is a good idea. Hope it all works out
