6 days late. Has Any one been threw something like this and ended up being pregnant?Would taking a home test be accurate or should I wait

6 days late today . Starting last week 6-9 days before my AF was due I was having little cramping and than at 2 days late I was having very bad back pain and slight cramping lasted for 3 days I thought for sure AF was coming but it hasn't. My boobs are not sore. Little gaggy feeling here and there. If i took a test tomorrow would it be accurate or should i hold off
