Help pleaseeeeeeeeeeee

Ladies ,

I am 6 weeks pregnant and I get abdominal pain or poking like pain when I eat or drink ,, I don’t know what to do and I am just crying . I have no friends or family and I feel so terrible . I am scared of the pain , the pain just started today at noon after I had rice porridge with cumin seeds , I don’t know wether the cumin seeds are making my tummy pain . I can’t eat after that , I get pain only when I eat or drink . What to do ??

No I am not bloating just the pain when I have something ..

The digestive system is slow when we're pregnant this is your first pregnancy ? I can't say why it's, happening hun but I do think as it's your first you will feel minor, pains due to this being the first time you've been pregnant also maybe it's your body reacting to foods your eating as your system is slower. Are you opening your bowels ok? Is the pain causing you to cry or is it because your worried xxx

Yes this is my first pregnancy. I think i should stop eating spicy food , but I am craving for it and I don’t mind cooking even I am tried. I am crying coz I don’t have my parents around . I miss my home badly if I fall sick. I am having loose bowels , I feel it could be coz of spicy food but I am not eating that spicy to be honest . I am drinking lots of water. What else I can do ??

Yes avoid spices. Try eat carbs and did you get that himalyan salt? If so drink some sole before bed on empty stomach. Are you still ill ? Loose stools have they just started. I think the pain will be due to loose stools. Maybe contact 111 if it's been happening for a while just to see what they advice xxx

Start keeping a food diary and maybe stay away from foods that are causing it also eat little and often avoid large meals drink lots of water too xxx I hope it calms down soon. If it gets too much go get checked out just to reassure yourself I'm sure it's just the fact the system is a lot slower and gas is getting accumulated in the process. But I'm not a gp hun. If it gets too much go see a medical professional or ring 111 xxx

Remember on early stage of 1 to 3 month you must not drink to much acid pls ,& I think you should consalt your doc for the pains darling

Oh acid ?? What do you mean by acid ?? Sorry I don’t get it , I don’t take any acid foods . Do you mean the rice porridge i mentioned ??

Oh no I never touch all those even when I am not pregnant. I think I should avoid spicy food , let me see until Tomo if I still have the pain I will go and check immediately. Thanks for that

Try to add more fibre to your diet. In any case it can't harm and only benefit.

Try to eat pomegranate. (Rich in bulky fibre).

Almonds with their skin on (anti inflammatory and calming to the intestine)

A broth from beef bones (contain a unique intestinal calming ingredient).

Other soups are good too. Perhaps try homemade chicken soup.
