Go to the doctors and get some blood tests done, they might pick up a hormone imbalance that could be slowing the process down. I’ve been trying with no luck, and so I had blood tests and a scan and they’ve found the issue and are putting me on tablets to help. Sometimes it can just take a while. But if you’ve been trying a year the doctors are more willing to investigate x

It took me three years and i am almost 4 weeks pregnant so dont worry it takes time and the best time is when you are fertile

You are young and don’t get stressed . Did you tried having intercourses when ovulation ?? There are loads of app to help with your fertile window , if your periods are regular it’s easy to track ovulation. Eat healthy , start to take folic acid tablet , go for blood test and check your thyroid level .

Im a bit old school,so when i got married at the age of 23 thats the time when i broke my virginity even though i knew my husband for 5 years.my period has always been regular up until i had intercourse i started skipping a month to 2..i also used folic acid but whenever i start to take it i seem to get bladder infections.

No reason why folic acid should give you water infections although frequent sex can give you cystitis.

Folic acid is very important as will Help avoid spinal problems with baby.

Get yourself an app to team your ovulation and fertile periods. Are you having regular sex?

Do not use contraceptive pills these prevent pregnancy not help it!

Make sure you have a wee after sex it help prevent cystitis, and when you do have a wee wipe front to back not the other way

If I can suggest, as man with low count, ask to your husband to go to the gp and book a sperm test. 50% of the infertility is due to male factor, and worth investigate, since is also a very easy test. I have a low count but with this information I was prepared to need more time and also to think about my health. I was not very collaborative at the beginning, since I was thinking that I was fine. So get prepared to don't being listen immediately, but at the end He will do it. Best wishes!
