Hello everybody! I'm new here and trying to conceive. I've been trying to conceive for the past 6 months now and my period are always regular. I had sex during my fertile window include the day I ovulated. my period was due on Tuesday the 31st of October but it didn't come. I thought I was pregnant . yesterday, I noticed some light pink blood and till now i'm still bleeding but the flow is on and off. I don't understand what's is going on. I never experiment this before. Could I be pregnant or is just my period has come late which is unsual for me . Someone help please. I m going crazy

Could well be an implantation bleed, have you done a test? If not then I would. Good luck x

I did one on friday when I seen the light blood but it came out negative with one strong red line. My mum told me to wait until I finish to bleed then test again. I m planning to test again tomorrow. Hopefully It will be a good news.

I’m in the same boat, been trying to conceive since May, periods were regular then I had one in Aug then nothing for 6 weeks, thought I was pregnant but no positive tests (I took loads) then a period lasting 2 days then. I was due a period 23rd oct and still nothing. But no positive test either. It’s so disheartening. I have no advice except wait, or ask doctor why your periods are becoming irregular x

Thank you for your reply. Your comment really encourage me to know that I'm not alone and you are not either. I had the same response from my doctor to just wait and see how it goes. They can't do anything about it. Let's surrender everything to God as He knows our situations and what we are going through. We are not going to give up. We need to keep on trying. Hi, Just wanted to add that my bf and I were trying for year and a half - the first month of us getting on the fertility clinic waiting list & guess what, I’m pregnant! Just try to relax, the one month where we didn’t think about times and ovulation dates etc is the time it happend. Wishing you best of luck. ❤️

Hi darling, just wanted to ask how sensitive was your test.

If it was first response the one that you can test 5 days before you missed your period chances are that you are not pregnant.

If it was the regular from boots then there is a small chance you might be pregnant.

However look at your bleeding if at any point is red then it's your period.

I had implantation bleeding and bled throughout my pregnancy and it was never bright red went from brown to light pink. I will keep my fingers crossed for you. I know how difficult it is trying for one, I was not one oft house lucky ones that conceive immediately we tried for many years..... we started IVF and was told that my eggs where not good, and will need an egg donation which I was reluctant to do. When we decided to give up I got pregnant naturally last November only to lose it (found out that was pregnant as my period was late unfortunately I got my period after 10 days ) however I got pregnant again in December and now I am supper happy with my little miracle.

Hi dear, my period was due on Tuesday but it didn't come so I thought I was pregnant cuz my period is always regular. I never missed my period before. So I decide to wait until saturday to do a pregnancy test to confirm it . Then on Friday morning I seen light pink blood. I was freak out so I decided to do a pregnancy test on the same day even though I was bleeding but it came out negative with a strong red line. At the moment my bleeding is on and off but i'm planning to test again when I stop bleeding. I'm really touched by your story. May God continue to bless you and your family.
