Morning sickness returning

I have never been physically sick at any time during my pregnancy but I have felt sick. At about 13 weeks it went but it seems to be returning! I'm 17+2 now and feeling crap and sick. I've read during your second trimester, you're meant to be feeling better and have more energy but I haven't. Has anyone else experienced this?

I found it comes and goes started getting nauseous again during third trimester although wasn't as bad as first and seems to fluctuate much more rather than constant

Ugh just when you think you’ve got away with it! I’m 22 weeks and so far I’ve dodged the sickness bullet. I’ll have some ginger biscuits waiting then! Major2116 I’ve never experienced this mysterious nice second trimester people speak of! Unless restless legs, heartburn and backache is all part of the fun! :D hope the sickness passes soon x

I thought once it's gone it goes. We have lost 2 babies, both before 10 weeks so we never got to this point before.

I know! I'm forever asking about this pregnancy glow that everyone talks about! I'll go to work n they'll be like you're glowing today, I just laugh n say thank you haha!

Thank you both xx

I'm not bothered how I look n feel as long as he's Okay! Just needed reassurance that it's normal because I was panicking a bit.

Thank you hun! All the best to you and your baby x

Hi Major2116. Sickness can happen at any time during pregnancy. There are so many stereotypes about how sickness is just in the first trimester. I wish! My energy levels have been low throughout my pregnancy. I’m 34 weeks and still waiting for the energy surge. I won’t hold my breath! Just do the best you can. In regards to feeling sick try to stay hydrated, gentle exercise, avoid things that don’t agree with your stomach and don’t overdo it. Also are you anaemic because this can affect energy levels.

Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy x

Some friends and girls at work that have had babies have said ohh you're in the second trimester, you'll have a big burst of energy n it'll be nice and easy. I can imagine I'll still be waiting at 34 weeks too! I'm not bothered how I feel as long as I know our son is okay. But I was a bit worries how people have said you'll feel better and I've started to feel unwell again. I don't think I'm Anaemic.

Thank you! All the best with your pregnancy xx

I am 9 weeks pregnant and vomiting and nausea have been intense. I was intense with my first child as well so I decided this time around to try new things and found No to morning sickness tea on amazon. The tea is so soothing for an upset stomach. I couldn't keep any liquids down and almost had to go to hospital but I sipped this tea and it helped me feel better and keep food down.
