Try some dry toast or biscuits like digestive hun. You have to try and eat for baby's sake xx

Hi how many weeks of pregnancy? try ginger it might help and avoid food that trigger vomiting also try not to leave your stomch empty because it will make you feel worse and vomit more

if you can not eat or drink you need to go to your doctor some medication will decrease the sensation of vomiting and you might need iv fluids to gain energy again

sorry you already stated 13 weeks

I had really bad morning sickness and could keep nothing down, but I still tried as was so hungry, so what I did was to have plenty of cold water for my throat, and ate smaller meals more frequently like a piece of toast instead of 2 bits, I also ate ginger biscuits they seemed to help a little bit but didn’t cure it, the sickness will get better mine went away after first trimester I hope this helps you and good luck with your journey 😀

If you can’t keep anything down you need to go to see your GP, if you haven’t already, as you can become severely dehydrated. There is a condition that our Daughter in law had that ended up with her being admitted to hospital several times throughout each of her 4 pregnancies. There are a few medications a GP can give you, they found one that suited her eventually and she was pretty good for the rest of the pregnancy. Interestingly her mum had the condition as well.

Good luck, I hope if you haven’t got this that you soon feel much better xx

I had awful morning sickness from about 8 weeks up until about 17 weeks. In the end I ended up on iv fluids as i was so dehydrated and id lost over 2 stone, I couldn’t keep even water in. I ended up with ketones in my urine too which apparently isn’t good. I was advised to try lucozade sport (not the fizzy one) by my midwife. I was also put on metoclopradmide anti sickness tablets which did seem to help tons. Try eating bananas too, the thought of it may make you feel ill but I found they really did help a little along with rich tea biscuits. Ginger ones made me worse. I’d definitely go back to your midwife though if you’re really struggling as you may end up dehydrated. I’m 22 weeks now and it really does get better. Hope you’re feeling better soon x

Try to go out to eat. When you don't prepare food your self and smelled it, it can help.

Brush your teeth as the stomach acid destroyed one of mine and left another with a big filling.

I have been there. Vomitted so much that the pressure on my stomach caused the placenta to partly detach.
