My right foot has been swollen and hot of an evening the last two days. I was in triage yesterday when i noticed it had swollen. The midwife wasn't concerned but I don't know if I should be reporting it again or just dealing with it. It has happened again this evening but now feels hot and itchy. I am 30 weeks with twins ... any advice welcome!

Do you have varicose veins? Raising legs when seated might help with reducing swelling. You could also try compression socks.
No varicose veins. Hoping to have my maternity pillow delivered today so hoping that will help with getting comfy enough to put my legs up properly!
I would go and check it out with your GP! And in the meantime have your feet up don't stand for long periods of time make sure the knee is level with your heart. Good luck and hope all goes well!
