So I waited the two weeks the doctor told me & unfortunately I miscarried. Hopefully soon we get news as to why it has been taking too long to get pregnant. Thanks to the ones who gave me advice.

Sorry to hear this! Hopefully you will get some answers and can move forward.
Have they investigated you with blood tests etc.? In general the NHS will not investigate after the first miscarriage as it's very common (about 20% of pregnancies) and expect most people have a normal second pregnancy
