can someone help me please...am freaking out..

My ovulation day: Had a severe cramps,sick, I never had cramps on my ovulation days.

dpo : morning had a temperature and was feverish. Evening had a slight white discharge and whole night had a wet vagina.

7 dpo: nothing much ,slight pinching on my stomach

Is this implantation?
