31 weeks and I have a ectropion cervix and slight bleeding

Hi all I went into my local mau on friday as I had a slight bleed I'm 31 wks+2 it was only when they did an examination that they found I have an ectropion cervix which from what I can guess is to do with the cells don't really know much about it has anybody else had this ??I'm now being monitored every week when I go for my diabetes will be glad to have my little baby boy but I'm worried this could cause problems when I go into labour which they keep telling me that he will be early sorry for the essay
