It means you need to go see your GP. Bleeding after sex is not a pregnancy symptom, but should always be checked out by a doctor as it is a symptom of some serious things including STD's and cervical cancer.
Seriously go to a doctor, and don't ask a bunch of people with no medical qualifications online what might be wrong with you. It doesn't make sense.
