If you are concerned call your hospital triage. The number is on the front page of your notes.

Sometimes babies change positions and you feel them less, but PLEASE call your maternity assessment unit they may ask you to go in to listen to heart beat and do the usual checks. They will not mind in the least and they are 24 hr as well.

I have an appointment tomorrow I mean she's moving but not as much as usual

Give them a call for your own peace of mind. They ask you to keep an eye out for reduced movement. They won't mind or think your potty.

If you are really against calling you could try lying on your back then side then back again. Or a bag of frozen peas to give the little one a fright. Or eat or drink something hot or very cold.

Okay and that should help right

Well that usually wakes mine up a bit. Or try eating something sugary.

It is a myth that babies move less as they get bigger. I don't feel my baby move all day but usually if I lie down with legs out straight I will feel her start to move. But I am now 25+ weeks and this is my second pregnancy which makes a big difference. I started to feel this one at something like 11 weeks. But I didn't feel my first until after 22 weeks.

Mine started kicking on week 17 and then I noticed on week 19-20 there were less movements but then he kicked off again.

If you're concerned - look for a someone who could check the baby! All best,x

No nothing is wrong. Im 25 weeks on my 6th pregnancy and at 14 weeks I was feeling fetal movements. Sometimes my movements would slack off and I would get worried but now I have grown to learn that babies move at their own pace. The baby is moving a lot of the times but you may not feel it. Now at this point my baby moves so much sometimes when he is still Im relieved because he's so active and Im short with a small frame and all baby. By the end of his constant moving Im worn out and most if the time in pain from the strong jabs and kicks. Babies will sometime move so much that you may never get any sleep.

Hello & congratulations! Don't worry about your baby having a new pattern. And your baby grow there is less room to wiggle around as he or she did in the previous weeks. However it is good that you are aware of your baby's pattern. You can download an app called pregnancy tracker which will allow you to begin to record your baby's kicks. If you think your baby isn't moving at all follow your intuition and proceed to the emergency room right a way! Good luck and God bless! Thank you for sharing your experience!

Sincerely
