My mrs is 6 days late she got sore boobs and her is always going to the toilet her taken a test but it comes back not pregnant

If those things were being caused by high hcg levels due to a pregnancy she would have a positive test. Maybe she ovulated late.

Depends on her normal cycle length. May have ovulated late.. wait 1 week and test again

Ask her to take the test with the morning wee. My sister in law had a false negative but in the morning she got a positive .
