Hi

I have been struggling with purple stretch marks around my belly and the shade is getting darker. I have been told to use Dermelastic serum to get rid of all type of stretch marks but I am confuse that if this product can coup up with sensitive skin type, can anyone advice me if I should go for it or not.

Hi, personally I don't think anything works for them. I put loads of expensive creams and potions on with my first and still ended up with them. They were very deep and purple with my first as you say yours are. I didn't bother with my 2nd and 3rd. They do however fade after time it takes a few years but they are not so bad at all after a while. Just look at it as a sign you carried your beautiful baby and remember loads of women have them x

I totally agree with Katie I don't think anything has been scientifically proven to work (although I may be wrong) I use palmers cocoa butter, seems to have made mine from purple to whiter lines, but still very visible. I don't really worry about mine as I am a bigger girl and over the last 10 years my weight has been up and down and I have tons of stretch marks before getting pregnant. But don't let them get you down, they will fade x

The only thing I'd advise is to moisturise dong have to be anything out of this world. Although if you gonna get them you'll get them anyways. I was fine throughout my one and only preg. After I gave birth they appeared! They do fade with time . Unfortunately one of the prices you pay for your bundle (worth it In my opinion)

Again I don't think you can avoid them. I was lucky enough to only have a few unnoticeable ones with my son. I moisturised daily which probably did help but not sure they are avoidable!

I think it's genetics/luck. I got loads growing as a teenager on hips etc but none when I was pregnant, & I had fully expected to.

I was the same! I have really old ones on the inside of my thighs and my hips from growing up!
