What do people think of the name vinni grace for a girls name???

My grandmother was called Lavinia and was shortened to Vin. I think Lavinia Grace would be really beautiful and she could then choose what she wanted to be called as she got older - Vinni as a baby/to her friends but Lavinia as a professional/going for job interviews etc. Personally I'm not keen on mixing the genders of names - I knew a girl called James and she hated it and it caused a lot of confusion at school etc with people understandably assuming that she would be a boy.

But ultimately it's up to you and your husband! Good luck with your new little miracle! x

It is completely up to you, but bear in mind she will spend her whole life spelling her name out and probably won't like that.

I agree with Laura, if you like Vinni then maybe have that as her nickname?
