Hi ladies, I've just tested positive and I am Pregnant 😊 Have missed my period and done x3 digital tests which are all positive. This morning I have woken with lower back ache and slight lower abdominal cramps - more back ache. Just wanting to check whether this is normal? Should I be worried? Thanks 😊

It may just be that the baby has moved positions, or turning in your womb. Try taking a bath to soothe the pain, if the pain continues for about 3 more days then go and a see a doctor or a midwife.

I'm nearly 12 weeks, and I found out I was pregnant at 4 and a half weeks because I have a short cycle. The first sign for me was I had mild cramps like period pain/lower backache about a week before my period was due, and they carried on until I was 7ish weeks. It was almost constant and worried me too! But apparently some women do get them in the early stages, so I don't think you need to be worried. The danger signs are if they get bad and if you start bleeding, although apparently a bit of spotting is normal too.
