Unfortunately it sounds like you suffered a missed miscarriage. (A miscarriage that goes unnoticed as you don't get any bleeding or cramps). The body doesn't seem to realise that the pregnancy hasn't continued Miscarriages are very common unfortunately. Most often there's no found reason - hence a lot of women go on to have healthy pregnancies afterwards.

I am sorry to hear it didn't work out for you. I had the same thing happening to me a few years back, and I had to undergo a procedure called ERPC to remove what was left of the fetuce. I was devastated by this, but now I am a mother to a beautiful little girl. Remember that there is always a reason why the baby dies, in these early stages. Good luck with everything!

unfortunately this does happen, its called a missed miscarriage, your body does not recognise the baby has stopped developing so it does not release it, im sorry this happened to you

Hi, really sorry it could be a missed miscarriage or a molar pregnancy. I've had both. It's more likely to be a missed miscarriage though. When the body still thinks it's pregnant and carries on producing pregnancy hormones but there is no viable baby or they have sadly died very early on. It's so tough I know and no matter how far gone or not you were it's always painful and takes time to get over. It doesn't mean it will happen again either. Many women suffer miscarriages its just we don't talk about them much.

Hi, it's a cruel situation and I am sorry for your loss. I had a blighted Ovum with this pregnancy. It was non identical twins but one just didn't form the other was fine but the 2nd was just a sac. I blamed myself at first and was so upset but had focus on the positive. It's hard to feel like you're grieving something that was never there. Wishing you all the best and hope you manage to get through this horrible situation.

How disappointing for you. So sorry. I had a missed miscarriage this year. Conception is a very complex process and everything has to fit for a healthy pregnancy. I knew 3 women that got pregnant when I did and 2 had miscarriages. I then had one as well. It's very common so don't make yourself think that it was something you did. That was 4 months ago for me and I am pregnant again so there is light at the end of the tunnel. Hope your ok x

I'm sorry for your lose, did no one tell you what might of caused it. it sound like a complete molar pregnancy. Not many people know about this, I never herd of it until I had one myself, I had same symptoms as you and was monitored for 6wk to see if there was any changes. I was sent to a meeting to learn all about it as I wanted to know what had happened and why. If you look up molarpregnancy.co.uk these some good infor on there.

I hope you get your answer x
