Im confused

I am trying to have a baby but i feel like nothing helps . On the 12th i started bleeding really light and then got very heavy . I have severe back pain and im always hungry . It feels like i can never eat enough or i eat and then in five minutes im hungry again . I am having extreme cramps in my stomach and my back . What should i do?

If you've been trying to get pregnant for over a year might be worth seeing your GP. Otherwise if it's less, then regular unprotected sex and possibly and ovulation kits.

Get a pregnancy test. You are probably pregnant, those are the same sign i am having.
