Sickness :((

Hi I am 7wks and 2 days.. I know sickness is a symptom that will eventually fade this is my 4th pregnancy but this time sickness is bringing me really down some days i can hardly do anything and it's all day everyday waitin on doctor ringing me but has anyone ever took anti sickness tablets for this ??

I took cyclizine but honestly they didn't help all that much. I found small frequent meals and avoiding getting hungry did the trick for me

exactly the same for me. I also tried to track trigger foods and smells so I could avoid them. I found snacking constantly rather than having actual meals helped a lot, but make sure they're heathy foods! :')

I've had nausea but not actually been sick, eating little and often really helps but I did mention it to my GP when i went to register pregnancy and she gave me stemitil which work for me. Its a myth you cant have medication so don't suffer in silence!

I had HG and was prescribed medication but didint really help that much. It is very difficult I know but remember to keep yourself hydrated and eat whatever you can. You will get through this !✊🏼
