What should I do to make fast labor is my 4th baby and first time at happened to me that I'm over due pls help or advice.

Well supposedly having sex, curry /spicy food, walking are meant to help bring labour on as for what works that's another matter

Did you mean a fast labour or bring on labour? I can't comment on the fast labour as both of my babies were back so long... acupressure and aromatherapy massage can help bring labour on. Good luck mama.

Supposedly sex is the best thing but in 3rd trimester it's normally last thing you want to do lol!

Momsie keep active by walking and whatever else you can manage. Try pineapple juice, Mediterranean dates, any fruit full of fibre that will stimulate the bowels will also stimulated the uterus and lastly if all fails have sex, it works, the maternity ball is excellent too, all the best, not long now....

Plenty of pineapple, raspberry leaf tea and lots of walking. I went to 41 and 2 days with my first and walking was the best thing to get everything moving. For a quick labour I felt staying on my feet and upright for as long as possible made the labour go quicker (45 mins active labour). Hope this helps, sometimes the old wives tales are the best. Get someone properly trained in pregnancy massage.My daughter is qualified in this and gets very good results.Good Luck!
