ive been advised to drink a glass of indian tonic water (tescso have it for 45p)

i got the one with lemon, i had a glass of that last night and a banana and my leg cramps were alot better, i got them but not till 6am, whereas usually they are constant all night, try it hun xx

Eating bananas is helpful! Potassium in them does something good! I used to have 1 for supper as legs were worse at night!

I suffered with my third from early on, tonic water helped a bit and sleeping with a pillow between my legs. I read not to let your ankles touch or cross over at night as it puts extra strain on the legs. Hope this helps x

thanks hun, i bought one of those body pillows, so its like having a third person in the bed with us lol :)

my OH hates it haha

but yeah i have it tucked right between my legs, ankles and feet and it was still bothering me :/

i tried tonic water and a banana, they kept the cramps off until 6am, so i got up an hour later, they are hurting me now, so gonna have another glass of tonic water xx
