Reoccurring UTI

I have had a UTI which they said could possibly be a urethra infection for 28 weeks they gave up on trying to give me anabiotic I have had a UTI which they said could possibly be a urethra infection for 28 weeks they gave up on trying to give me anabiotics. The infection has never gone away it always comes up infected and they stated that it was a very resistant UTI to anabiotic's I was supposed to have a cystotomy done but because I haven't been on anabiotic's for the last few weeks they couldn't do it they said I would end up in the hospital They're putting me on an anabiotic for three days and then doing the procedure I don't know if anybody knows of anything that could help me until I get whatever's wrong fixed I do believe it all started when I had sex with one partner only one time months ago I've been tested for STDs a couple times everything is negative i'm running out of options and I feel like I'm going to explode because it hurts so bad if anyone can help I'd really appreciate it

Could you be pregnant? Having uti symptoms can be common in pregnant women. X

No there's no chance of that I had a hysterectomy quite a few years ago
