Sickness at 28 weeks :(

Are any other mummies to be suffering from sickness later in their pregnancies? This is hard for me to get used to because I had no sickness at all with my first but this time the first 5 months were awful, then I had a sudden burst of energy from around 21-22 weeks and felt amazing and now at 27-28 weeks it's come back. I know there's not much you can do apart from the obvious staying hydrated, keeping blood sugar up etc but just wondering if anyone else is going through the same thing?

Thanks

I was the same! Morning sickness up to 20 weeks, then a few weeks off only to be hit with it again once I started feeling her move a lot. 🙈

Cola bottle sweets somehow helped me, and chocolate milkshake. Haha. It didn't go until I finished work at 37 weeks, when I could take more time to do things, or do nothing.

Just take your time moving as best you can and eat little and often.

Now Niamh is five months, finding time to eat I the hardest bit. 😊

I was fine with my first 2 pregnancies with little or no sickness. Lucky I know!!

I thought I had managed it again this time only to be hit with it from about 32 weeks. I'm now 38 weeks and still really suffering! I think we just have to put up with it unless the obvious hydration, etc. works!! Hope it gets better for you soon.
