Hi :)

Congratulations on your pregnancy!

I'm a mum with a 3 and a half month old baby girl. I'd be happy to connect with you and share my experiences if you need it. Hope you're looking forward to your first scan?

Xx

Hiya

I'm so excited and petrified

I meet the midwife next week then my scan the week after

Its all so overwhelming and sometimes I get nervous

My hubby says to just take it slow

I understand that! I was an absolute flurry of emotions, but it did calm down after I had the scan. Once I'd seen baby everything seemed to just click.

The one thing I would say is try to keep as calm as you can, if that's even possible during pregnancy :) it's exhausting as it is and 9 months is quite a long time (although it doesn't seem like it when it's over!) so just try and settle in for the ride. No need to rush anything. Your hubby sounds like a good source of comfort, which is good because you'll need it.

Anything you're worried/nervous about in particular? X

Thank you

Hi congratulations on your pregnancy :) I'm 9 weeks pregnant with my 4th and I'm super scared too lol. What's your dd? Atm mine is 10th Nov but will probably change once had 12week scan. Your husband is right just take one day at a time, I do think up till first scan is the most nervous part as we are having to trust our bodies and instincts that all is well :) have you got any food a versions or preferences I seem to have gone.off chips when they are warm but love them cold, I'm suffering with sickness quite bad too which isn't much fun lol xx

Hiya my DD is Nov 3 but it might change.

I haven't had any strange cravings but I am eating like there's no tomo. Lol.

Touch wood I havent had morning sickness

I have however started to get pains in my hips

Imagine getting pocked by a hot rod when you walk.

I hope the !morning sickness gets better.from what i be been reading it should stop around the first trimester.

Let me know how you get on 😁

Re the pain in your hips, the hot pocker description sounds exactly like pain I get in my hips sometimes (for years - nothing to do with pregnancy for me) - I recommend getting a spiky massage ball - you can roll it around the area for a gentler massage or sit on it to really get in there! (it does hurt while you're doing it but it feels so much better afterwards). I recently bought a set of 3 different sizes and they're great!

Hi, congratulations on your pregnancy. I am 9 weeks 4 days pregnant with my first baby and would love to connect with you. My current due date is 7th November and I'm just counting down the days til the scan which is on the 27th. I'm hoping I will start to feel a bit calmer after that.

Hope everything is going well for you so far

Hi there!

A massive congrats! I'm Kirsty and I'm also pregnant with our first 😊 DD around the 27th November. I hope you're feeling as excited as me! I'm one of these MTB's that don't want to tell anybody about baby until after the first scan, but I can officially say I am about ready for bursting and telling everybody!!! First because I want to let people know how excited I am and secondly to explain why I keep getting colds continuously and I feel like crap at the moment 😄. I had my first day back at work yesterday after finding out I was pregnant 2 weeks ago and it about killed me to keep it quiet! Although one woman did find out when she walked into the office and caught me printing off the maternity policy (swore her to secrecy very quickly).

Don't you just love people's reactions when you tell them!!!!

I hope everything is going well for you.

Take it easy 😊

I've been on Wilko's own prenatal vitamins (a LOT cheaper than Pregnacare!) for 3 weeks, since I found out I was pregnant. They haven't been making me feel sick, I wonder if it might be worth switching? x

Hi. My sister had the same problem as well. Try switching brands. That may help.

Hi. I'm 8 weeks with our first - DD 26th Nov. It doesn't seem real yet - can't wait for the first scan! Then I'll allow myself to start looking at baby stuff. Don't want to get ahead of myself. Got our booking appointment next week and hopefully the scan won't be too long afterwards. I feel like these have been the longest few weeks ever!

Hope everyone's doing ok xxx

Hiya congratulations

I hope you are having a blast

We had our first midwife app and guess what I lost my voice its was very funny coz my hubby had to translate my sign language. Then next week our first scan like you we are being cautious about saying or buying anything till the scan then it will be real.
