Too soon to test?

I am 6 days late on my period so far. About a week ago I had light bleeding when I wiped just in the morning then it never came back and I've been having mild cramping for about a week and a half now. When should I take a pregnancy test?

Most pregnancy tests you can take from 1st day of your period so should show up now. But you say you are 6 days late but had light bleeding a week ago... Couldn't it be a light period 1 day early?

Sorry I meant to say a week before my missed period. Thank you for your response! I will get on taking that test!!

That make more sense, could have been implantation bleeding, let us know how you get on with your test.

Thank You! & yes it is I am so excited. The dr said I'm about 5-6 weeks so still early!

i'm pregnant with my first and found out at 6 weeks. Turned 12 weeks yesterday still not seen my baby though, 8 days for that but i was the same i had a period with very light bleeding and i was showing up as negative on all pregnancy tests, even clear blue ones and i said to my other half, i am pregnant and i was, its the best feeling ever aint it x

Congratulations! I was so nervous to take my test because I was scared of getting a negative..when I seen the positive my jaw dropped!! My cousin referred clear blue to me..that happened with my sister she kept getting negatives on tests but was pregnant..weird how it works & it's really an amazing feeling, moms to be:)))))

i was getting negative and negative and i was getting so down saying to my partner i am never gonna be pregnant at this rate and it came back all them tests i was taking i was actually pregnant. It's something to do with the hormones in your urine or something aint it... Bet you will be getting all baby apps and all sorts i did, i was monitoring it day by day and nothing was obviously changing in a day but i kept having to read it hahaa x

I never thought I could get pregnant either because we kept trying and trying and nothing!! I've been having really light cramps which is an early sign and yes the pregnancy hormone is in your urine..last night I was non stop peeing it was bizarre all night every 10 minutes which was another huge sign!! I can't wait to go to my drs appointments and soon listen to his/her heart beat<3 before I found out I was constantly on the Internet this month looking for answers and signs!! Lol this is the month
