Hi, I'm pretty sure there are forums for Stay-At-Home Dads. There used to be one on ivillage before it died a death (the whole of Ivillage UK's forums, not just the dads' board).

Yes, I've been able to find a few blogs and associations, though not in the area in which we currently live. I will have to settle for online interaction for now. On the upside, I've managed a book out of it, "A Stay at Home Dad: Leaving Oxford to spend my time with a one year old". There are a few good books out there, but a lot of fluff, too.
