6 weeks today, I bled..

Okay so me & my boyfriend had sex this morning & i went to the bathroom but there was NO blood, then a couple hours later i started to cramp on my left side but mid way upwards but below my ribs..

It didnt show up in the toilet though so it was light, just a small spot on the tissue. But i did get a black clot... i dont know what it means.. I'm kinda nervous... I also dont have any symptoms anymore.. Didnt really have any to begin with but except feeling bloated moody back pains. can anyone help. I am six weeks pregnant today.

I would try go to the early pregnancy unit at your local hospital as soon as you can to get it checked out. They recommend that any bleeding during pregnancy is investigated. It may be nothing but best to get professional advice. I was referred once by my GP and once by midwife. Have you seen a midwife yet? If not and you cannot get to see GP straight away ( I know it can be hard to get appointments some places) go to a walk in centre or a and e.

It may be nothing. Both my bleeds were down to things that didn't threaten the baby. I am now nearly 21 weeks and pumpkin baby is kicking away. So try not to worry, but do go and see someone as soon as possible.

Thanks, Its so weird because for a second I think its my period.. But its very light hardly red.

If you have had a positive pregnancy test and are now bleeding absolutely best to get it checked out. Hope all goes well. X
