I have an irregular period, Im positive pre-cum is the only way i could be..could I be?

Well on the 11th of last month I saw my boyfriend.we didn't have intercourse but he (sorry in advance) he grinded on me without a condom . He says that he didn't (pre cum on me) but I just felt nervous and weird that whole week I just felt really nauseous and i have had other symptoms it's just weird now im not feeling anything.also I have fibromyalgia I've looked online and I just feel some days I could be..And then I couldn't. .Any advice will be well appreciated Thank you for taking the time to read

It seems very unlikely and the symptoms are far too early. The only way of knowing is to take a test but it may be too early x
