Im still worrying about being pregnant?

Ive been feeling normal since my last two posts. yet this week I have started with a massive pain in my left lower side, which may also be my ovarian cyst but I'm still quite wary of it as I've not had pain this much and I'm not too sure what to do? and it still worries me that my last period i had no blood clots which I'm not sure if its a sign of pregnancy of not.

if someone could help or reassure me that would be great
