Um i was woundering if any one could help me ive missed my period and i am never ever late ive been feeling sick and have actually been sick

Ive been getin hot flushes and constanly feeling hot and sweating but ive taken a home pregnancy test and it is negative dose any one no what eles could be wrong or should i jst go and see my doctor
