Lol :-) that made me smile x

I must say by just reading the question you've submitted here your baby sounds absolutely perfect. My Lil one will be 5 months old next week & she would still sleep for most of the day if i let her but as im the sort of woman who likes to keep active/out and about she's starting to catch on to my rhythem.

It also seems as if your baby is very satisfied with the breast milk so instead of wanting him to sleep have you tried looking at any local activities you could do such as baby & mother clubs?

I'm thinking lucky you ladies if your babies are doing well on 8-10 hours at night!

Mine is 4 months and recently I googled baby sleep schedule as he'd started waking every 1.5 hrs during the night. I read to my surprise that it was extreme over tiredness. Apparently they need 10-12 hours a night plus can only stay awake 2 hrs at a time, less for the first one of the day. I find he's much better at sleeping at night but also much happier in the day when I manage to stick to this. It's not an easy choice as I seem to spend all day trying to persuade him to sleep but it has worked for him.

I also put together a mini nap routine like the bedtime one but shorter. Not sure if it helped but made me feel like I was taking control!

Good luck!! Xx
