Has anyone got any tried and tested methods of treating it?

Ive no experience of cradle cap but have heard that sunflower oil is supposed to be great for clearing it. Try talking to ur local pharmacist for medicated options if it doesn't work xx

Hey my son had it and I got some very helpful advice frm a lady on here (thanks rach)..u can buy cradle cap shampoo its made by detinox and can buy frm supermarkets, pop a small amount on the affected area..u wash it off and repeat just so tht the excess dry skin is off then after massage small amount if baby oil into scalp..worked wonders xx

the detinox stuff is only 1.50 or so its not expensive but works well xx

bath, Dry towel to get dry flakes off and vasalene! it works quickly and is cheap
