First period after mc

So, it is now 7.5 weeks since my miscarriage and my period finally arrived today (or at least I think it is my period!). Not that I was expecting it at all, though. I normally get really sore boobs (they go up nearly a size!) and at least one or two spots on my face the week before. This time, nothing! Only a few twinges in my uterus for the last two weeks. Does anybody have similar experiences? Do you think this indicates I did not ovulate? I suppose we will have to wait and see what happens in the next couple of months...

I had a miscarriage at 21weeks and my period came 6weeks to the day later. As for ovulating i don't know you can tell without a ovulation test? But i miscarried in October 29th 12 and found out i was a month pregnant at the end of January 13. Good luck all will work out in the end be patient and keep yourself well. Its never easy no matter what stage you were at. X

I found that I didn't get as bad period pains at all after I miscarried where as before I used to know a few days before it came. I fell pregnant a few months later and am now 20 weeks. xx
