Upset stomach as an early start to labour?

I've had an upset stomach all morning, quite bad and I know this to be an early sign for labour. I've also had lower back pain, although this could be to do with the upset stomach. I'm 38+2. Just wondering if it is labour how long before my contractions kick in?

Did anyone else have upset stomach as their start to labour?
