Calpol is for temp I don't know what they class as a little one having a temp would be 37.5 maybe. .. do u think she seems poorly? If her temp continues to rise then I would personally.. its so hard when they are so little but she will need it if her temp rises any more x

I would personally monitor you baby's temperature over the next few hours and see if it maintains as high, its only slightly raised at the moment. Depending on where you have taken it from, Measured under the arm, normal temperature is about 36.4°C (97.4°F). Under the tongue, normal temperature is slightly higher at about 37°C (98.4°F). This may vary a bit. (guidelines from NHS website)

Is you baby showing any other signs of being uncomfortable or irritated?

If they are only suffering from the raised temp, I would try to hold of the calpol until it really seems necessary. If it continues then I'd try with one dose and see if it comes down, if not and it persists I would contact you GP for more advice.

Hope this helps x

calpol do saline nasal spray tht hav used on my son and they hav really helped with his nose, as above keep an eye on temp x

Thank you all. The temp came down now and she eat all her formula and looks much more happy. the thing is that i am not in the UK now but on holiday and i was a bit worried. the nose is getting dry now so i hope she will be fine by tomorrow. i will monitor her in the next 24 hrs

If she's acting normally, feeding and peeing, no. 37.2 is a normal temperature. Treat your child not numbers, and you can't go wrong xx
