Any mums-to-be in the Willesden/Harlesden/Kensal area want to go swimming or to a yoga class? Maybe once a week?

I'm finding it hard to motivate myself to stay active so thought I'd look for a swimming or yoga buddy. I've been going to the Willesden Sports Centre to swim (nice pool, they do ladies only some evenings) and I've found a pregnancy yoga class is Kensal Rise that I might try. I'm 11 weeks and have done no exercise so far (!!!) and really feel I need to pull my finger out but finding it hard...

If you're in the area and would like to set up a regular day to do some (gentle) exercise with another mummy-to-be, get in touch. x
