Hi, I am not expecting twins but my friend had twins not long ago and I know she used this one and so did I.

I used it from about 18 weeks, I am 36 weeks now and literally can't live without it. Just to give you the heads up it is pretty big so if you got double or queen size bed your partner won't have much room left for him, lucky for mine we were planing to treat ourself to king size so he was quite relived about it.

Hi, congratulations on expecting twins - how exciting! I've got a Dream Genii pillow and love it. I put off buying it for a little while as I thought it was a bit pricey and I'd be able to recreate the effect myself but I'm so pleased I bought it. I feel well supported and it's easy to roll over without flipping the pillow over. I got it from Amazon I think x

Wow twins, that's fantastic! I'm just expecting the one, I've got a dream genii too which was given to me by a friend, and I really like it. It stops me from accidentally rolling on my back or onto my right hand side. Mind you I am finding I need an extra pillow to keep my knees apart otherwise my hips start hurting. x

Hi All, many thanks for the feedback. I've been lucky so far and not had any sleepless nights yet but I think one of these will help comfort wise.

I'm not expecting twins but if you're looking for a general support pillow, I bought an expensive one that goes round the back, between your legs and under the bump. Cost me over £40. Didn't like it much as I'm quite tall and it just wasn't long enough. Then I walked into Ikea and saw their sleeping pillow, so I bought one of those. That combined with a small pillow under my bump works a treat and only cost £7! I'd definitely recommend it!

Argos' full length pregnancy pillow was half price - dunno if it still is.. only about £20. I've used it for a while now (I'm 31 weeks) and it's really helped as I have had quite bad pelvic pain.

Hope you find one that suits you..
